Yes, you can cancel any shipment before pickup with a full refund. Cancellations after pickup attract a 10% handling fee.

Insurance
Basic shipping covers up to ₹5,000 of declared value. Premium insurance covering up to ₹2,00,000 can be added at checkout for 3% of declared value (min ₹50).

Payment
Yes! COD is available across 24,000+ pincodes in India. We remit COD amounts to sellers within 48 hours of delivery.

Pricing
Cost depends on weight, dimensions (volumetric weight), distance, service level, and add-ons (insurance, fragile handling). GST @ 18% is added to all shipments.
